Almost all the states report shortage of trained teachers in their districts. Many districts are faced with an increasing need for qualified trained teachers. Our strategies for bringing in more qualified trained teachers is based in our efficiency of recruiting them from foreign countries and also nationwide.

While teachers are needed over the whole range of school subjects, the key learning areas that have the greatest opportunities for employment for secondary teachers are Technology; physical education; Languages other than English (LOTE) especially French, Spanish and German; science particularly physics and chemistry; and the arts, particularly music. There is also continuing need for new teachers of mathematics and English as second language (ESL). In addition to classroom teachers, Primary teachers with qualifications in LOTE, physical education or music is much in demand.

Requirements to quality for employment

Employment conditions

To be employed as a teacher in the Unites States, graduates are required to have at least four-years of tertiary education that includes an approved course of teacher training and 2-3 years of related experience. Before commencing any employment teachers will need to undertake a finger print, complete a pre-employment health declaration and possibly undergo a pre-employment medical assessment.

Assessment of qualifications

Before a teacher presenting with interstate or overseas qualifications can be considered for employment as a teacher in the United States he/she must have evaluated their transcript by using any one of several agencies in the United States. Information about World Education services can be obtained by visiting their site at http://www.wes.org. However it is important that you verify whether the State/School board of your choice will recognize their services, since some schools will recognize only certain agencies.

Language competency

USA's official language is English and teachers must be competent in both English written and oral communications. We will start processing your papers after we obtain the scores from the ETS testing services in writing for the following tests (Toefl, Twe and Tse). Information about these tests can be obtained by calling the ETS at (609) 921 9000 or visiting their web site at http://www.ets.org/ . If you completed your course of teacher training overseas or in a language other than English, we would require evidence of your competence in English.

Temporary assignment

Our temporary assignments allow you to sample various school systems across the USA, enjoy meeting new people, new experiences, and visit new places - before making a permanent commitment.

Permanent Employment or Direct Placement

Our Permanent assignments allow you to work directly for the school on their H-1B visa. The H-1B status may initially be approved for up to three years with extensions available for an additional three years. The maximum period of stay for any non-citizen under H-1B status is six years.
